Our employee networks are voluntary, employee-led groups which are typically based on one of the pillars of our inclusion work.
We have a variety of active Employee Led Networks – including Allianz Pride (LGBT+ and Allies Network for the UK), Women in the City (A networking group for Allianz women based in the City of London) along with others focusing on Cultural Diversity & Ethnicity, Mental Health, All Ability and Working Parents.
These networks help bring individuals together to offer support, networking opportunities and a sense of community. However, they also offer a collective voice and source of expertise to help Allianz identify and remove barriers which employees may face and support the inclusion and contributions of all employees.
All networks also have the opportunity to feed into the Diversity & Inclusion Steering Group and join the conversation about how Allianz UK can accelerate our inclusion ambition.
