ELEVATE Development Programme @ Oxford University Press

The programme aims to achieve diversity in talent and leadership by providing tailored support for women and under-represented groups.

It provides a personalized experience that meets the participants’ unique requirements. Participants are encouraged to partake in a range of learning activities including externally run thinking environment workshops, personal stretch projects, coaching or mentoring, job shadowing, and e-learning modules.

It aims to support participants’ career aspirations by helping them to identify their strengths and overcome any challenges they may far, while also giving them the chance to develop their skills, knowledge, and behaviours to prepare them for the next step in their career.

More broadly, the programme provides participants with a network of peers both inside and outside of the organization with whom they can seek support, challenge, and encouragement, as well as sharing their learning experiences.
