Disability Support at Revolent

We work closely with our HR team, Trainers and customers to ensure that all employees have the reasonable adjustment measures and accessibility support that they require at all stages of their employment.

We are pleased to have worked with a number of clients who put disability support and awareness at the forefront of their EDI action and intend to broaden this scope in the coming years as part of our wider EDI strategy implementation.

We currently have two Employee Social Groups in place in this area: Ability Matters, centred around disability awareness and support, and Mind Matters, our Employee Social Group dedicated to neurodiversity.
