Reach is our employee resource group for anyone who has a disability, mental health condition or neurodivergent condition, cares for someone with one or wants to learn more.
Anyone who joins Reach has access to:
- Events that celebrate and raise awareness of diverse experiences
- Focus groups and forums for people interested in specific conditions
- Peer support groups that provide an informal, safe and confidential space to talk.
Together, members of Reach and our other employee resource groups are helping build a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.
