Most of what disables people at work is not the condition. It is a recruitment process built for one kind of brain, a system that will not record who you are, a room nobody thought to check.

So that is what we work on. Our VisAbility network exists to create a workplace free from stigma where disabled and neurodivergent colleagues feel empowered, supported and respected. We are a Disability Confident Employer, we train our people on disability confidence and neurodiversity, and we partner with the Business Disability Forum and Neurodiversity in Business rather than assuming we already know the answers.
