The Defence Women’s Network is an inclusive supportive network encouraging discussion and exploration of gender inequality issues and challenges – and the best bit is that it's open to all!

Our network was formed to break down the barriers of gender equality and discrimination by challenging inappropriate behaviour in the workplace. We want to celebrate women’s achievements and encourage women to become respected leaders of our communities whilst aiming to positively and proactively contribute in creating a diverse workforce, where women can reach their full potential. We believe that only a diverse workforce can bring the talent and qualities that will help us be successful and we are committed to creating an inclusive environment where all our employees and allies can thrive.

By creating a more balanced population we will be able to connect with our members and industry partners in a meaningful way that results in success for all parties involved.
