We're focused on doing the right thing for our colleagues, clients, communities and for the future of our planet. It's a commitment we challenge ourselves to live up to, and it shows up in how we run the business rather than only in what we say about it.

Supporting our communities

We believe it's important to support the growth of the communities in which we work and live, so we do. Around the world, our colleagues volunteer their time and raise funds for groups and organisations near them, and we encourage engagement in CSR initiatives and projects.

Responsibility built into decisions

Sustainability is integrated into our business decision making. Oversight isn't limited to the executive committee: it informs discussions with the full Board and its committees, on everything from climate risk to human capital management.

Commitments we're held to

We are a signatory of the United Nations Global Compact and the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment. Those commitments hold us to standards set outside our own business.
