Our Apprenticeship Scheme
Newly launched in 2021, six apprentices have joined our teams and receive on-the-job training as they learn to install some of our favourite beers in pubs, restaurants and stadiums across the country. They do all this whilst working towards a Level 3 Drinks Dispense Qualification.
Our Brewery Apprenticeship programme
Now in place for over 40 years, this programme supports 17-21 year-olds on a Technical Services apprenticeship, with seven of our recent apprentices now working as engineers, including our first female automation engineer. The programme has been such a success, we recently doubled the amount of apprentices at our Magor Brewery.
