Age Inclusion at Heineken UK

We want to create an environment that embraces colleagues of all ages and ensures equal opportunities and respect for individuals regardless of their age. 

The Age Inclusion Colleague Network played a significant role in introducing our updated Menopause Policy and People Manager Guidelines. We now have a team of 20 skilled Menopause Mentors, who can offer support to those in need. 

By helping our business implement age-inclusive practices we’re creating a business where people from different generations learn from one another, work together and collectively contribute to our success.
