We are the network designed for what's next. Which makes it strange that our industry has spent so long looking straight past the people who have already been there.

Advertising has an age problem. In 2022 we published ours, because you cannot fix what you will not name. Since then we have become the first UK advertising network to partner with 55/Redefined, launched an Over-50s Apprenticeship Programme, trained our recruiters and managers to recognise their own assumptions, and built Pathways to Retirement for people who would rather shape the end of their career than have it shaped for them.
