Businesses thrive when Line Managers and staff communicate openly and regularly so that problems are resolved quickly. However, this isn’t always easy – especially when the issues or subjects to be discussed are of a sensitive nature. There are some issues that Line Managers just do not want to tackle either due to lack of knowledge, embarrassment or fear of saying the wrong thing.
This Masterclass will help you develop the confidence to have sensitive conversations with Trans employees/workers. We will use scenarios and case studies to share practical guidance and role play to see words in action, focusing on some of the situations that can arise in the workplace. We will provide practical advice that can be transferred to any situation and used to develop training in your own organisation.
