How often do you really tell people how you feel when they have let you down, treated you unfairly or behaved badly? What situations are you tolerating which are having a negative impact on your confidence/energy/career plans? What do you need to do to feel back in control and have the courage to face up to things? Come along and practice some of those ‘difficult conversations’ in a safe and supportive environment. During the session you will:-
- Identify enablers and saboteurs to successful outcomes
- Acquire a simple framework for structuring a critical conversation
- Work with a partner to practice discussions and gain feedback
- Learn best practices from others
