Programme:
Living with cancer is a challenging experience, and managing careers requires an agile mind-set. This seminar is being led by Anjana Nathwani and Lopa Vibhakar, both of them are leading fulfilling lives post their recent experiences with cancer. They have core beliefs that the pause of cancer creates new opportunities to align confidence and value systems to adapt to a new way of living that is enriching and fulfilling. This seminar is for leaders who are living with cancer or having caring responsibilities. As well as an opportunity to share and learn from each other, Anjana and Lopa will be presenting self -mentoring tools and we will be using the happiness at work psychometric assessment to generate personal data and providing a personalised report and feedback.

- Processes and tools that help to create purpose and focus for life enrichment
- A personal action plan that reflects lifestyle changes and how to impement this
- Body movements that align the mind for life enrichment
- Conversations on recent research and thinking on how to live with cancer and beyond cancer
