Eden Park in Corby provides accommodation and support to vulnerable young parents. Many are referred to the scheme via social services when their lives have reached crisis-point, but Eden Park spends up to two years working with them and supporting them to move into their own homes. The work won the Northamptonshire Community Foundation Edge Award.
