Thanks to all who helped St Pancras Hospital to mark the day
The afternoon was filled with fun activities from Origami and Zumba, to a Mindfulness session and a stress-busting tip competition.
There was also advice on how all C&I staff can easily access free mental health support and counselling from a scheme called Able Futures.
For the competition, they received more than 30 stress busting ideas, which will be shared during the next week on social media and the intranet. All the tips will be sent to a judging panel who will decide which idea was the most innovative!
The lucky winner will be notified during the next week and will win a hamper of stress-relieving goodies will be theirs!
Thanks again to all who made the day so special and if you took any photos from the day, please do send them through to: [email protected] so they can share widely.
