Starting a graduate role is a leap of faith. You can research a company, read the careers page, sit through the interviews, but you won't know what it actually feels like to work there until you're in. For Ezi Obienu, that feeling arrived earlier than expected. “Before I even joined Amentum, the experience was overwhelmingly positive. The interview process was seamless and felt like a genuine two-way conversation, allowing me to learn more about Amentum while the interviewers got to know me.
I also really sensed the strong community spirit when speaking with graduates who joined the company the previous year. My onboarding period was really enjoyable. The graduates in this intake were given plenty of opportunities to build relationships with one another, as well as with other colleagues, before being deployed onto tasks.
We also received numerous talks from Amentum’s employee networks, highlighting the di ffrent opportunities and communities to get involved in. Working for Amentum has been incredibly insightful.
