Starting on 1 February and running for the whole month, AW24 offers an engaging programme of sports, challenges, funding, and prizes for you to get involved in. 

The exciting initiative is designed to help you feel the physical and emotional benefits of increasing your activity – no matter what your experience, ability, or circumstances. 

Join the Around-the-World Activity Challenge 

Kicking off on 1 February, the virtual step challenge will take you across the globe to visit historic sporting venues and their host cities, with opportunities to win team and individual fitness prizes along the way. 

By simply syncing your smart tech and phones, or logging manually, you can track your daily steps in whatever sport, exercise, class, or activity you like to contribute to a team total. 

Cycle to Work Scheme  

The cycle to work scheme allows you as an employee to purchase a bike and accessories that can be used for your commute to and from work as well as for leisure and on holidays.  

Health Resources

HeadFIT for life offers a range of tools and approaches to helps defence people stay mentally fit and on top of their game.  

Togetherall is a platform offering a space to share experiences in a safe, anonymous space, and benefit from practical wellbeing tools and resources. 

Sleepstation's team of sleep coaches will support and guide you on your journey to better sleep. The course lasts 6-8 weeks and will be tailored to your individual needs and circumstances.
