VodafoneThree Named a Top 50 Great British Employer of Veterans 2026
Category: Ex-Armed Forces & Veterans, Training & Development
As we look back on Armed Forces Day, we’re proud to share that VodafoneThree has been recognised as one of the 50 Great British Employers of Veterans 2026, ranking 18th in this year’s list.

This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting veterans, reservists and the wider Armed Forces community, helping them build rewarding careers and bringing their valuable skills, leadership and experience into our business.
We know that those who have served bring unique strengths – from resilience and teamwork to problem-solving and leadership – that make a real difference to our people, customers and communities.
We marked Armed Forces Day this year by bringing colleagues together at our HQ in Newbury and virtually for a morning of talks, reflection and connection. The event included Lieutenant Colonel Mark Luson sharing insights on bringing diverse teams together when on deployment in Estonia, followed by a keynote from Sally Orange MBE on overcoming adversity, resilience, mindset and mental wellbeing.
Colleagues were also invited to join the Armed Forces Network for a relaxed Coffee Connect, creating space to share experiences, build understanding and learn more about how to get involved. As the celebration coincided with Reserves Day, we also recognised the important contribution reservists make, including those balancing civilian careers with military service.
A huge thank you to all our colleagues, partners and members of the Armed Forces community who continue to help make VodafoneThree an inclusive and supportive place to work.
