Pride is a time to celebrate individuality, community and being yourself. It's also an opportunity to reflect on how we create spaces where everyone feels respected, supported and able to thrive.
We're proud of the role our Pride network plays in bringing this to life by creating opportunities for connection, support and a sense of belonging through regular community and support calls.

Throughout Pride month and into July our Pride at VodafoneThree network are bringing colleagues together through a range of events and activities that celebrate the LGBTQ+ community and raise awareness of the challenges they face today. This has included our Pride Month panel hosted by our LGBTQ+ Executive sponsor, Andrea Dona, this was a raw and powerful conversation about mental health and the LGBTQ+ community. Colleagues have also been encouraged to get involved in Pride marches across Glasgow, Newbury, Sparkle in Manchester and London, helping us show visible support for the LGBTQ+ community both inside and outside VodafoneThree.
Alongside this, the network has continued to create everyday opportunities for connection, from regular community calls for specific audiences such as parents of trans kids, educational panels, webinars, support toolkits, gender dysphoria benefits and lots more. Together, these moments help us keep Pride visible beyond one month of the year and reinforce our commitment to creating a workplace where everyone feels safe, supported and proud to be themselves.
