Our commitment to Diversity and Inclusion at VodafoneThree remains unwavering. We proudly stand with the LGBTQ+ community, this coming Pride Month and always.

Here is what Andrea Donà had to say as the LGBTQ+ friends network executive sponsor! 

"As the Executive Sponsor of the LGBTQ+ Friends Network, I have learned a lot over this past year. One key ethos I have maintained is that no one should be left behind. I take this mantra seriously in all aspects of my allyship, and I think it's particularly important right now. I am proud to be an ally to the LGBTQ+ community, to support them and uplift their voices. 

At VodafoneThree, we do all we can to continue to further the inclusion of marginalised groups such as the trans community, including our inclusive policies, benefits and toolkits. I look forward to our Pride activities over the next few months and meeting more of our VodafoneThree LGBTQ+ community.

June means PRIDE, and I couldn’t be prouder to be involved in so many important initiatives and activities this year. From discussions on allyship to supporting community events, we’ve got a busy schedule over the next few weeks. Across June and July, we’re sponsoring Stoke Pride, Newbury Pride, Bi Pride and the Terrence Higgins’ charity spot at London Pride. "
