SSE releases 2023 Inclusion and Diversity Report

SSE annually publishes a comprehensive Inclusion and Diversity Report, providing detailed information on SSE’s Inclusion and Diversity Strategy, progress made, and key performance indicators.

It is focused on four pillars which seek to ensure that the right ambitions, behaviours, and practices are embedded in the company:

• Ambition
• Education and Development
• Inclusive Processes
• Employee Voice

Transparent reporting is a key component of improving inclusion and diversity and allows SSE to share learnings, as well as gain feedback from key stakeholders. The document reveals detailed information on our workforce and how we are progressing against the current strategy of increasing diversity across business operations, which includes renewable energy assets and infrastructure and regulated electricity networks.
