Salt Announced as Official Diversity Partner: London Technology Week 2014
“London Technology Week partner with Salt to raise awareness about diversity & inclusion in technology sector”
We are excited to announce that Salt will be the official diversity partner of London Technology Week 2014, delivering events which focus specifically on areas of diversity & inclusion within the technology space.
As organisations realise the ethical need for inclusion, and recognise the high levels of business performance conducive to a diverse workplace, we need to proactively engage with colleagues, leaders and organisations who represent the ever-changing technological and cultural landscape.
It is imperative we begin elevating the corporate status of talented women, LGBT, B.A.M.E., and disabled individuals. The acquisition and retention of original voices and top talent can only be developed if we respect the diversity of backgrounds and approaches in the marketplace and of society as whole.
VERCIDA works with over one hundred clients who are committed to creating an inclusive work
