This month, DXC UKI is proud to celebrate Pride. To drive Innovation Through Inclusion, our colleagues attend workshops, PositiviTea networking sessions, and events in London and Newcastle alongside our industry partners.
Innovation is at the heart of everything we do at DXC, and inclusion, rooted in respect and our shared values, helps to power it. We commit to driving inclusivity, allowing every voice in our community to contribute to our collective success. This includes providing LGBTQ+ inclusion learning pathways for all DXC employees, supporting the UKI Pride Employee Resource Group to foster community, and running regular LGBTQ+ networking events.
