Parenting my neurodiverse child has been the greatest blessing

This little girl’s name is Ria, and you couldn’t tell by looking at her, but she’s been diagnosed with ADHD, Autism and Dyslexia.
Ria’s mom, Elle Campe, is our Transformation Lead but she’s also a neurodiversity champion who is always looking to share her experiences with others to help them feel encouraged and know that they are not alone.
Outside her day job, Elle has worked very closely with us to develop a Neurodiversity Hub for our colleagues to find extensive resources for supporting themselves and their loved ones.
