Managing stress

In today's society in can be all about achievement and moving on to the next project. This can sometimes take a toll on our bodies and mental health.

There are times and situations when circumstances are beyond our control. It can be so easy for someone to say " Oh don't worry about it". Easier said than done.

This may make the situation worse and therefore more worry. Then symptoms of stress begin to appear. Eczema, loss of appetite, frequent colds, stomach complaints, lack of sleep. These are just a few, as times goes on if the cause of stress hasn't been removed more serious conditions appear.

This at times can be easier said than done. For those who are working in an environment where targets are important, both for the company and a possibly salary increase, this may not be achievable.

For those who are unemployed the symptoms can be the same. The stresses may be different, but at the same time the goal is to have a focus. Building on that can be difficult if the opportunities don't arise. Sometimes it's a case of changing direction, which is not easy.

People find different ways to minimise stress. Everyone's mindset is different and find their own unique way of trying to reduce stress.

Positive points of stress are, memory will be boosted as more neurons are produced and actions become enhanced.
