February is LGBTQ+ History Month and at VodafoneThree, we believe everybody should be able to be themselves and embrace their individuality. That's why we create a workplace where everybody feels they belong every day.
With this year's theme being about activism and social change, it is a great time to learn and reflect on the progress already made in workplaces for LGBTQ+ individuals. We are proud to be an inclusive employer and celebrate our people.
We all have a role to play — such as supporting trans inclusion, advocating for same-sex family rights, and tackling biphobia. Small actions add up to significant change.
That’s why the VodafoneThree Foundation partnered with Stonewall and Galop to launch Zoteria, a tool that helps report LGBTQ+ hate crimes and access support.
This month is an opportunity to listen, learn, and take action so we can all work towards a more inclusive society.
