I have always worked in FMCG selling everything from confectionery to lottery and soft drinks to alcohol. I have experience across team management, account management and events and sponsorship. I have worked all over the UK and also in Australia. I love the fast-paced, ever-changing dynamic of sales, especially at CCEP where no two days are the same.

Field Sales Manager in AFH covering Birmingham

I have a team of 5 sales reps and 1 new business account executive. My team cover Birmingham city centre and some of the eastern and southern suburbs. We are responsible for winning new business in the independent sector and also growing the soft drinks sales of independent retailers within that geographical area. This covers 4 different environments, HoReCa, convenience, food and WiL. My role is to recruit, train, lead and motivate the total team to achieve set targets

You get out of a job what you put in

I genuinely believe that the more you put into the role you do, the more you get out of it. The people in my team are true territory managers and have lots of opportunities to be creative and collaborate in order to achieve their results. The people who do this are not only more successful but also get better job satisfaction. Here at CCEP there is no end to the amount you can develop yourself if you are willing to put in the effort.

We like to stay ahead of our competition and as a result, I work in a fast-paced dynamic environment that is always evolving - this keeps my job really interesting and no two days ever feel the same. There are so many things here at CCEP that you can get involved in that will develop you as a person.

I have built a new diverse team that covers the UK's second city

I had some vacancies in my team at the beginning of 2022 (one caused by a promotion) and so needed to start again with my team. I recruited people from different backgrounds and with different experiences and we are now performing as one team.
