In the U.K. and Ireland, our Bridge the Gap programme actively supports parents returning to work after parental leave through structured workshops, manager toolkits, coaching and awareness campaigns. Our parental transition programme aims to make Jacobs the employer of choice for working parents, supporting them before, during and after the life-changing milestone of becoming a parent.
