We recognise the role that employers must play in helping to tackle barriers and putting structures in place to support our male employees such as supporting new Dads. That's why we offer up to 26 weeks fully paid shared parental leave to all of our employees.
We were delighted to hear from two people who have benefitted from our Shared Parental Leave policy, James Bright ACII and Charlie Fellerman. They share a little about what having this policy has meant for them below.
We’ve made sure that our family leave benefits are equal no matter how your family is shaped. We are very supportive of maternity, adoption and shared parental leave.
We also recognise that you may be unable to spend time bonding if you new-born is immediately hospitalised after birth. We can offer you the support you need to get through this difficult time.
