Lead by a subject matter expert, the half-day session will cover:
Deafness, hearing impairment, Deaf community and culture;
Etiquette and communication tactics;
Professional services and new technology;
Lip-reading, sign languages, BSL finger-spelling and some basic British Sign Langu
