After a blind pilot audition 30% more women and 33% more Black and Asian minorities made it onto High Speed 2's shortlists. 

Having been cited by the Future of Jobs Commission this practice has concluded the UK's future job market will be one in which irrespective of your background, we all have a chance to succeed.
