The hour-long webinar, planned for 10:00 (UTC) on 21 June, will feature useful advice and explanations on how to achieve your company’s diversity goals. That could be recruiting more women, gay employees or members of other minorities.
The session looks at the basic tools companies need to improve their diversity and inclusion efforts. And how to get to grips with those tools. The first part will cover:
The second part of the session will be a discussion with an expert panel. This is an opportunity for sharing tips and best practice with members of the VERCIDA team - the UK’s leading inclusive employment consultants and talent acquisition board. They will also be joined by representatives from VONQ - a specialist marketing firm skilled in reaching a hand into online communities to promote job applications and engagement.
