Eversheds Sutherland making a difference for WaterAid

On Wednesday 7 June 2017, Eversheds Sutherland staff celebrated the joys of running by pledging to take part in some type of running activity – whether that be 1km or 10km, the choice of distance was up to them!
For every person that pledged to run, Eversheds Sutherland made a contribution to WaterAid. €19 is the amount it takes to provide one person with access to safe clean water.
Across the globe, from Europe to the US, we had 442 staff pledge to run on Global Running Day. 2106 kilometres were covered. 2,727,034 steps were counted. As a group we raised €10,000 for WaterAid. This gives 527 people access to safe water.
