Embracing Menopause: Our Inclusive Agenda

On World Menopause Day, we are proud to put diversity, inclusion and wellbeing at the top of our agenda for our people and are “Committed to being a Menopause Friendly Employer” and working towards accreditation with the team at Henpicked: Menopause in the Workplace.
Over the last 2 years, we have made great progress in raising awareness and providing support to Employees and Line Managers around Menopause in the workplace, the introduction of a Menopause Policy and Line Manager guidance and through training, awareness and our Embracing The Change network.
It is our aim to normalise the discussion around Menopause at Taylor Wimpey and to ensure our individuals get support, if, and when they need it.
