Over 430 organisations across a range of sectors took part in the 2018 edition and Stonewall have announced that the Department for Education has been ranked 78th on their Index achieving our ambition of entering into the Top 100 employers list this year.
Our ambition does not stop here – there is more we can achieve. As we strive to become a leading department for diversity and inclusion we want all colleagues to feel that DfE is a leading inclusive employer and want to continue to see DfE climb the index in future years.
