In the lead up to International Women’s Day this week, we've started the celebrations early and what an inspiration it's been already.
We were delighted to be joined by Maggie Alphonsi MBE, former England rugby star, World Cup winner and one of the most influential voices in sport and leadership today, for a special IWD virtual event. Maggie’s powerful story of resilience, representation and breaking barriers reflects the spirit of inclusion we strive to continue building here at Center Parcs.
We also have hosted various women’s only Power Hours of Connection across our villages and at Forest House, with more planned throughout the week. This hour brings together women from across our business for candid conversations, mutual support and shared experiences. The energy, enthusiasm and connection from our passionate hosts and colleagues truly captured the essence of authentic growth and community.
These moments remind us why celebrating and supporting women - in all they do - matters not just this week, but every day!
