This IWD, we're proud to align with the UN theme - "Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress." The journey towards gender equality is a daily commitment, not confined to a single month. On average, men still receive 14.3% more pay than women and are twice as likely to reach top marketing positions. This stark reality emphasises the need for continuous advocacy, not just on IWD.
Today, we shine a spotlight on our female leadership, amplifying their voices and contributions. Susan White our International Shop at Home Marketing Director, shares her thoughts on the significance of IWD:
