At Atos we operate our review process half yearly, this is a structured process which is all about working with your appraiser to define objectives, and help you identify your own strengths and determine your development needs.
Coupled with this process at Atos, we recognise how important it is that we provide you with the relevant training and development opportunities that will enable you to perform your job to the best of your abilities as well as offering you personal growth in your career. We currently have over 2000 training courses on our directory, including external courses, internal courses, and e-learning.
