LGBTQ+ at Haymarket

The LGBTQ+ Network aims to work in tandem with Haymarket to create a safe and inclusive and equitable workplace for LGBTQ+ employees. They are the support network for the community and to make sure their voices and views are heard across the business.

As a group, they take on the responsibility of driving awareness and education around LGBTQ+ history and to provide a welcoming environment for both the community and their allies to discuss and celebrate the rich cultures of the LGBTQ+ communities.

The unique views, qualities and stories that are inherent to the LGBTQ+ communities can make positive contributions to Haymarket’s business performance and workplace culture.
