At Bromford, we believe in making a difference—together.

Monday 25th November marked the start of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence (running until 10th December).
Gender-based violence is a global crisis affecting millions, and it’s time to take action. As part of the Bromford team, you could be involved in creating a future free from violence.
We’ve made significant strides in supporting survivors of domestic abuse, including:
- Increased referrals: we’ve referred numerous customers to specialist contractors for security measures
- Enhanced support services: our dedicated teams are available to provide guidance and support
- Awareness campaigns: we’re educating our staff and customers about the signs of domestic abuse and how to get help
Together, here’s what we can do as a business and as individuals:
Educate ourselves: Learn the signs of domestic abuse and how to support survivors. Challenge harmful norms:
- Speak up against sexist jokes, stereotypes, and behaviours.
- Support survivors: Offer empathy, believe survivors, and connect them to resources.
- Advocate for change: Demand stronger laws, better services, and increased funding.
At Bromford, we’re not just a workplace—we’re a community.
