From Classroom to Career: Meet Bromford's Social Value Intern

This National Intern Day we are highlighting the journey of Sebastian Barbour, Bromford's very first summer intern in Social Value.
Taking on a summer intern is a chance for us to gain fresh perspectives and dedicated support. For Seb, it's a chance to apply his academic knowledge in a real-world setting, explore career paths, and build essential skills and networks.
Seb is a student at the University of Birmingham, studying Social Policy. He said: “being able to get an insight into what a future career could look like is an amazing opportunity to help shape my future goals and aspirations whilst I am still studying.” He’s been immersing himself in our work, understanding the core of what we do, and getting to grips with how our values shape how we support our customers.
