Brit & Ki launch their first ever cookbook

The link between food and diversity is multifaceted and encompasses various aspects, including cultural, ecological, nutritional, and economic dimensions. We know that food has the power to unite people.
Whilst the book is a celebration of cooking, it is also a celebration of the different cultures, experiences and stories that our colleagues have to share. We hope that it will encourage conversation around food and culture and that people will feel inspired by seeing what others have shared.
Thank you to everyone who contributed a recipe and everyone who bought a copy. All proceeds from the sale of the cookbook will go to our 10 nominated charities.
