As Black History Month comes to a close, Gerry Mallon, our CEO, reflects on some of the amazing work our partnership with Black Professionals Scotland is helping us achieve.
This has included a great evening of networking which we hosted with Black Professionals Scotland. The event brought together a number of colleagues, members of Black Professionals Scotland and other inclusive employers, to share ideas around what they’re doing to move the dial on diversity, equity and inclusion within their organisations. Guests also heard from TED Speaker, Author and Anti-Racist advocate Sophie Williams on how to show up as an authentic ally, encouraging positive discussions and diversity of thought.
