Last week at Aviva plc we held an event to discuss the findings of the latest Cranfield School of Management report on Women on the Boards of FTSE100 companies. The report found that whilst the number of women on FTSE100 Boards has increased to 29%, progress has been slow - especially as the number of women on FTSE250 Boards has gone up by just 0.9% in the past year. There is a lot more we can all do to make the #workplace more equal, which is why we remain committed to getting more #WomenonBoards and nurturing a more growth-oriented culture for women.
