Did you know that 16 million people in the UK experience a mental health problem every year and that stress is a key factor in this?
Its Mental Health Awareness Week - a great time for us all to think about how we can address the causes of stress in our lives, whilst also removing the stigma around talking about mental health.
Our offices across the UK hosted a variety of activities for our people to help them tackle stress and improve wellbeing including mindful art sessions, creating memory jars and mindfulness practice.
We got some great feedback on the session and lots of people thought it really helped their wellbeing. Do you have any top tips to help reduce stress or make time for mindfulness? Please share them in the comments section below.
