At Sainsbury's Argos we want to be the most inclusive retailer where everyone can fulfil their potential, so we’re really proud to once again have two of our colleagues featured on yesterday’s Financial Times EMPower Top 100 Ethnic Minority Leaders list.
This list recognises 100 senior role models who are helping to make the workplace a more welcoming place for ethnic minority employees. We would like to congratulate Rajesh Gupta, Head of Trading for Argos Financial Services and Sarah Nelson, Group Financial Controller on this brilliant achievement!
As chair of our Argos BAME network for the last three years, Rajesh has been instrumental in setting up the network and has since worked hard to develop it and raise awareness with our colleagues. For the second year in a row, Sarah has been recognised for her passion and work in this area. Sarah has been included within the 100 Ethnic Minority Executives 2018 list because she continues to successfully influence our diversity and inclusion agenda, helping us to achieve our desire to be the most inclusive retailer.
