National Inclusion Week 2023 at Aviva
This week is National Inclusion Week 2023, which is all about taking action and making impact.
We’re lucky to have a wonderful group of Aviva Communities who Take Action Make Impact - not just this week, but every week of the year!

ERGs are a safe place to share thoughts and experiences. They:
- Promote change, while building relationships with colleagues, leaders and partners.
- Help make sure our policies and approaches are consistent globally.
- Give our people a chance to develop outside their role.
Boosting Diversity in Financial Services
In September 2023 the PRA and the Financial Conduct Authority proposed new measures to boost diversity and inclusion in financial services.
This is a priority issue for Aviva and our Group CEO Amanda Blanc.
Our global employee resource groups (ERGs) are one of the ways we’re working together to become more diverse and inclusive. They help make sure everyone can have a voice here.
