We're seeking a future team member for the role of Intermediate Representative, Client Processing to join our Pershing Irelands Stock Settlements team within the Client Service Delivery division. Pershing provides a broad range of financial business solutions to investment banks, broker-dealers, wealth managers, financial planners and advisers across EMEA. We provide sophisticated front-end technology and flexible middle office capabilities with execution, settlement and custody services. These are supported by a robust regulatory and compliance framework with dedicated client asset experience and expertise. This role is located in Dublin and is hybrid.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Receipt and deposit of stock - Crest & Euroclear bank

  • Outstanding Certified Sales report/ Off Market Transfers report

  • Completion of Daily/weekly & monthly activities & tasks included on Checklist

  • Review of stock breaks

  • Indemnities, Rectifications, CDI's & Stock transfers

  • Provide cross cover support within the wider Dublin CSD Team, training and assistance as and when required. Support for intraday cover

  • Input into ongoing reviews of all procedures and control models

  • Maintaining books & records in accordance with applicable regulations and policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and minimizing exposure related to assigned processing tasks

  • Product knowledge and technical assistance, determining when more complex problems should be referred to a supervisor or senior professional.

  • Any other processes that may be required with growth in client base or changes to operating model

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Previous experience in an operations environment would be an advantage

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft office products

  • Used to working in a controlled deadline driven environment, highly numerate and with good analytical skills. Strong attention to detail is essential

  • Ability to carry out tasks accurately and manage workloads within tight deadlines

  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal & communication skills
