We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Analyst, Client Service to join our Corporate Trust team. This role is located in Dublin Ireland - HYBRID.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Completion of Daily/weekly & monthly operational and regulatory activities & tasks as per procedures and checklists.

  • Ensure client trade instructions are received and processed with the Underlying Fund Administrators within the agreed deadlines.

  • Review confirmations and cash statements to ensure trades have been sent and perform callbacks to underlying Administrators in line with agreed deadlines.

  • Be pro-active in chasing/receiving trade contract notes and ensure they are checked to the original client instruction - any differences should be highlighted to line management and investigated immediately.

  • Ensure BNYM FOP systems are updated timely, accurately and efficiently.

  • Update corporate actions/proxy voting logs and prepare notices to clients in line with internal deadlines.

  • Ensure Reporting Deliverables are successfully achieved daily.

  • Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Ensure The Bank of New York Mellon procedures are adhered to at all times.

  • Ensure all filing and checklists are completed in a manner suitable for future review by line management and by auditors.

  • Suggest efficiencies and improvements to current procedures.

  • Take responsibility for personal development and seek challenges within your role.

  • Be an active team player assisting and providing cover for other team members.

  • Handles Complex queries and escalations. Responds to clients and works to resolve in a timely manner. Includes Mailbox management and collaboration with team members and management.

  • Production of MI, KRIs, KPIs and detailed reports analysis

  • Assists in Cross training and production of training plans

  • Assist with the team to deliver efficiencies and business process improvements. Work collaboratively and on a timely basis with managers to review operational controls, conduct root-cause analysis and implement remediation activities.

  • Co-ordinate and deal with audit requests

  • Act as lead/SME on project execution

  • Review and check work of other FOP team members.

  • When appropriate be involved in new business take-on.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Fund Order Processing operations or related/relevant experience

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft office products

  • Used to working in a controlled deadline driven environment, highly numerate and with good analytical skills. Strong attention to detail is essential.

  • Ability to carry out tasks accurately and manage workloads within tight deadlines

  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal & communication and collaborative skills

  • Ability to manage Client relationships and communicate effectively internally and externally

  • Proven experience working in a financial services regulated environment

  • Sound knowledge of funsd industry, trade settlement, fund of hedge Funds
