Parenting Network at UKRI

Through the Parenting Network, we want to give a voice to parents and guardians and create a supportive community for our members. We also want to help our colleagues, managers and organisation better understand working families and consider them in the range of views that determine business decisions. It’s not only about recognising how complex balancing personal and professional lives can be, but seeing the benefits parents and guardians bring to UKRI. It’s through this that together we can improve equality of opportunity and care for every employee.
